Default Type-R cams

Does anyone know where I can get camshaft break-in lube? Can you buy this from any car store? thanks.

Does anyone know if I can just use white-lithium grease (i.e. Mobil 1 synthetic grease) as the break-in lube?

it's called assembly lube but not sure of the weight...it's red in color

i dont think it will mix well with engine oil

I think motor oil is fine.
