Help buying a civic

Hey, Im looking to buy a 96-00 civic. I plan to get a wings west kit and a B18C. The only difference I could see between the 96-98 and the 99-00 civics is the tail lights. Are there any other differences ?? Any help would be apreciated

If you're talking body-wise, then hood, frnt lights, front fenders, frnt bumper.

Ok thanks, i was wondering because they sell different body kits for those 2 sets of years but i was just thinking any civic kit would work on any year, but I guess not
