C.e.l. 41 ?

First time this ever came up on me, 41... Primary Heated O2 Sensor Heater Open or short in Primary O2 sensor heater circuit ?
Checked the Intake sensor...
My guess is heavily the o2...
Any idea's?

Also check if the wires/connector to the o2 sensor didn't touch your header and melt. That's what happened to mine.
