If you want to do it safely, a complete fuel system and a standalone or otherwise engine management system (such as Hondata).

Drag Kit, Hondata, RC Engineering Injectors, New Clutch, New Flywheel, New Fuel Pump, New Oil Pan, All the lines and crap.

You're spending ~$5500 for a good setup, to be as reliable as you can without doing engine work and you could run 7-9psi on it.

Im not sure of the gains on a Civic though, Id imagine ~100hp.

What he said but rev hard kit, and a flywheel would be a waste. Also your stock oil pan will work fine. My setup was rev hard stage 2, rc 550cc, hondata s200, 3" custom exhaust with apexi n1, act clutch. I was reliable up to 12 psi.

Cost--->will depend if you go custom or buy the kit. I've seen custom kits for as low as $2300.0 and that was the good stuff....garret t3/t04 turbo, tial wastegate, greddy BOV, Maxrev IC, MaxRev mani and downpipe with all the misc. stuff
HP--->tuning is the key but roughly 80+ at the wheels
Mods--->standalone (AEM EMS or Apexi Power FC), bigger injectors, ignition, tune..tune..tune

**off the top of my head I prolly missed some stuff**

I agree with the Greddy kit or Revhard. Dont get sucked into that you ahve to run a standalone yet. if you run teh stock set boost of a greddy or other named brand kit, then you will be fine. they send everything needed for your car to operate correctly. When you finally want more, then you can persu the avenue of standalones or piggy backs. but till then, just use the stock kit. You'll be fine and your car will not have an issue at all. Just rememebr do NOT turn the boost up at all. leave it set to what they set it to.....

Good luck.
