Yea, it seems like just the starter is spinning. I don't hear the motor turning at all. I will try it again later and ask my friend to watch the crank, but I am fairly sure it's just the starter spinning.

Sounds like your starters drive is shot. You said it makes clicking noises earlier? That the starter solenoid clicking, now the starter is spining but not the motor. I bet the shaft that the starter gear is on is stripped. That means the drive is shot, that means you need a new starter.

it's either the starter or the alarm maybe had a fuel cutoff?

the clifford in my old GTI had a fuel cutoff, so the starter would turn but the engine would not catch.

 

thanx guys... swapped the starter from my b16a in my integra and the motor runs now....
