Default for those who have purchased from tirerack.com

do the tires come with a warranty? other than factory
do they replace your tires if get a ball, blow-out, etc.?
any complaints about them?
would you have preferred to buy them at 'Discount Tires'?

thanx

I don't think tirerack has that extra insurance crap. It's Discount Tire that sells the 'replacement certificates'.

I ordered from them, tires were here within a week and the price couldn't be beat. I took it to a few places to try to get them the match the price and they couldn't do it. Wheel works had to add an extra 12-19 per tire for their misc crap.

is that for shipping insurance or their tire warranty insurance?

My family practically buys more tires than some small shops do. We only buy from Tire Rack, best, most reliable place to purchase. We have never had a problem. I've heard from some guys on here already (which is why this is a :repost: ), not to buy cause crappy customer service, or putting the order through is too difficult. If they knew anything about online orders they wouldn't have been calling customer service in the first place.
