Just buy a b16 header, you might have to have a muffler shop make an extension.

You always buy engine parts for the engine you have in your car. You will buy a header for a B16A2 ('99-'00 Civic Si) and have to go to a muffler shop to have the exhaust extended to meet up with the header as txhatch said.

I can get all different kinds of headers if you want some pricing. Just PM me.

not too sure if it will bolt up to the cat....

well all b-series heads have the same shaped exhaust ports. i heard its best to get the it-r (jdm or dc replica) b/c it has the best bend, and nearly equal length pipes.
