how do i replace H4 on a 98 civic?

Replace? Pull out the connecting plug. Pull off the rubber seal. Unhinge the holder, you can just push inward and it should pop out. Pull out bulb. When placing in new bulb, make sure its in the same position as when you took it out. You can see where the grooves go if you look.
