Default B16A2 price question

Ok...i just talked to someone and they said that they would give me the engine for $1450...shipping would be $270...is this a reasonable price? Also i was debating about going to the shop and getting it dropped in there (im in NY and the shops in Canada) They said that they would do it for $500.....what do yall think about these prices.

That is dirt cheap for a B16A2, As for the price on the swap, it's about right.

Is it a complete swap? Does it have engine, transmission, ecu, starter, alternator, distributor, throttlebody, intake manifold, mounts, shift linkage, intermediate shafts, half shafts?

From what you listed yes. Cheap axles are about $120 a piece, you can get them cheaper with a core. The intermediate shaft from Honda is $315.41

All in all this is a good complete swap? I just emailed them to see if they include the halfshaft with the swap.
