OK, so I'm driving in to run some errands, and I noticed that I think the shifter is on backwards.

Here are pics of the situation. Can anyone tell if this is on backwards, or if it is on correctly?
Thanks.

First pic is in 1st Gear
Second pic is in 2nd Gear
Third Pic is 1st
Fourth is second
Fifth is neutral
Sixth pic is in reverse.

looks to be right, just make sure that the second bend is bending towards the back.

Good job mang. But get a new shift boot. Ugh, it looks as crusty as your shift linkage

ES bushings is one of the best "mods". But I'm not a fan of short shifters. I'm just as fast with my stock OEM shifter. If anything, I'd rather have something a little taller so that it's closer to the steering wheel.

Just to clarify, ALL G3 Integra shifters are the same. From RS to Type R, they're exactly alike (ITR's are silver, though). Don't spend any more money on a GSR if you can get an LS for cheaper.

it won't be any cheaper. The RS/LS/GS/GSR all have the same part number for the shifter in the parts catalog. Good looks though as it could confuse people into only searching for GSR shifters.
