Default Knock sensor question

I was wondering if there is any need to get an OEM sensor for a civic compared to aftermarket? I really don't see the harm at all in using a third party part just for this alone.

If third part is ok then where would be a good place to get one online?

Thanks

Shouldnt this be fairly cheap from honda? Knock sensor is important, it allows the computer to control the timing to prevent knocking, or pre-detonation of air/fuel, which is harmful to your motor.
