fixing carbon fiber clear coat

****ing A...i bought this gauge holder made of CF and its supposedly "GRADE A" (i'll stress here again that grade a means NOTHING) and there are bubbles under the clearcoat!

anyway to fix this?

sand off the clear coat and get it re-clear coated, or if u cant have a paint and body shop do it

i doubt it is grade a anyhow, parts that small are really hard to make, and probably dont take as much time on them as other companies.

my hood is grade a, its to me, one of the nicest looking ones out there.
