Cx HB break problem

Default Cx HB break problem

my brother drives a 97 cx HB and he washed 2 days ago and hasent drove for about 2 days since and when he went to drive tonight it seemed as if the E break was stuck, its about 5 degrees everynight. could my e breaks froze in place and wouldent let go ???? it was resisting to the point my front wheels were spinning as if i was stuck.. then i got the car moving but it began squeeling and grinding shortly after that a big poping sound as if somthing snapped.... after that it seemed to drive fine should i be concearned. hes running koni yellows and skunk 2 suspension it wouldent have nohtin to do with that i hope???

lol, newbies!

It's just the rear brakes were frozen up. I wouldn't be washing my car when it's 5 degrees out. That's asking for something to get messed up. But sounds like it's fine now. The pop was just the ice giving out and letting the wheel free.
