Default What Is a Good Drop?

What is the best drop for my car, so that i wont run in to Camber problems i heard it is 1.7 all around is that true ? , i want to get a clean look with 16's and dont want a camber problem.

You'd could go no lower than 1.5" without camber kits.

Anything lower, then your tires are gonna pay.

Ok i was looking at getting the Eibach Pro Kit , it gives 1.3 all around , will that drop it enough to look good so it isnt all high?

i got the pro-kit and i like it. You can definatly tell its dropped, but not enough where it looks too low or needs a camber kit. If alignment and camber were not issues(such as being too expensive to buy) then i'd go with some neuspeed race or eibach sportlines. However, i do recommend the pro-kit because its designed to go with stock suspension setup, preserving the life of the shocks a bit longer.

I gotta tell you that Eibach Sportlines 1.8" all around with 16" rims will look awesome! You will need to get a camber kit though, and there's not gonna be any rubbing at all.

I have coilovers on the civic that I have now and im not too please with them. Too frigin bouncy. Get some Springs and some decent shocks, blues or better. But yeah i would say go no lower than 1.5 I went low as hell with mine and i pay for it now with a almost completely shot suspension. :uh:
