Inside tire wear on 15" rims on '99 Civic EX sedan

Default Inside tire wear on 15" rims on '99 Civic EX sedan

We have a '99 EX sedan 5-speed That I put 15" after market wheels shod with 195/55R15 tires. During teh winter I roll the stock 14" steelies with snows all around.

The new tires on the rims are wearing unevenly on the inside more than outside at all four positions? The car recently had a $ wheel alignment for the stock 14" steelies. Do I have to get it aligned with the +1 " size wheels on it or is there another fix?

usually means they set the toe wrong. Or you are carrying alot of weight in your car ALOT.

Usualy it is only my wife driving and a 15 month old baby in the back.

Have it realigned. As CivicSiRacer said, probably toe is wayyy off.

I'm also assuming you are running the correct air pressures?

inside wear is camber/toe problems. have it reallighned but hondas doesnt have camber adjust ment so y might need to buy a camber kit if the camber is off.
