Default Creaking sound when I brake

Hi.
I'm new to this forum, but not new to Honda.
I do have a question:
I replaced my front rotors and pads on my 98 Civic LX about 2 months ago, and now it sounds like my brakes are creaking. Any ideas as to what might be the cause?

I'll check the tightness of the bolts. I did grease up all the contact points, but I'll take everything off, and redo it.
Thanks.

I had an issue with a couple sets of pads from autozone, where they put too much paint coating on them so that they do not easily slide in and out, so when you push the brakes on, they don't always slide back to the original position, and it made a groaning noise. I just took a grinder to the edges just a bit and now they are fine. Just see if the pads slide in and out fairly easily.
