Default 4pt racing harness

i have a set of tenzo r racing seats and i was wondering were would be the best points to bolt down the 4pt harnesses in a 1993 honda civic. thanks

Do you have a roll cage? Its stupid to get harnesses if you dont.

Don't, unless you have a track car.

If you don't have a roll cage, and you flip your car... your head goes squash like a melon, because your body can't move to the side. With a regular 3 pt seat belt, your body can move to the side.

If you get a roll cage... are you going to wear a helmet all the time? If your head flies forward in an accident, and hits the bar, even a padded bar... your head goes squash like a melon.

Yes please don't use a harness on a street driven car. It's dangerous/bad and in some states illegal. I wish these companies would post on their web sites a disclaimer and the problems with running a street car with a harness without a rollcage and helmet on.
