any one tried or accomplished a home made turbo?...im lookin into it before i swap my z6....homemadeturbo.com gives me step by step but i wanna know if ne one personally has done it

i havent yet, But I plan to on my little brothers EX 4 door.

I am gonna make a homemade kit for my B20 with a custom manifold

there is actually a local guy here in Co, that put a Z6 in his 92cx, junkyard turbo kit, and dynoed 182WHP. i guess it was a pretty easy setup i think he was in the low 14's at this high altitude

i heard that the CX Exhaust Mani is the best b/c its only a Half mani? Is that right?

HF mani.
Brexor (Bretxor or something) has one in. Ran a high 13.

the upper part of my cx mani looks like the mani on my roomies 1.8t gti :thumbup:
