Question about Heads

What are the mechnical and/or electrical difference in the B7 and B8 heads. I want to find out if the is a differencer in the B7 head that would give me a Crank Angle Sensor CEL. TIA

Whats a B7 B8? You mean the D16Y7 and theD16 Y8?

no i mean the D15B7 (DX 16 Vavle) and the D15B8 ( CX 8 Vavle ) heads. The Distributors on both are the Same. Im doing this to try and save me some money.
