Default 99-00 Si Suspension?

I have a '96 Civic CX Hatch. Would there be a value in installing a 99-00 OEM Si suspension (springs/shocks), such as ride height differences, handling etc? (I'm not a fan of the slammed look, but a small wheel gap reduction would be cool)

What's a fair price for a lightly used OEM set of springs/shocks?

Thanks

To be more specific, I've done the whole aftermarket suspension thing...They inevitably ride too harsh for my taste...I guess I'm asking how good was the Civic Si suspension? I've had two GSR's...Do they compare to those?

The 99-00 Civic Si suspension is a little stiffer (from memory) but no ride height drop. wouldn't be worth it. If you did coilovers/shocks that is probably the harshest you can go. If you want better handling but little better ride I would go with Tokico Illuminas and some Neuspeed or Eibach 1.5" drop. Not too drastic and not too stiff.
