I stopped at the carwash today to wash all the road salt off my car. The touchless one is far away, so I just went to the touch one...it only costs $3, and I use it fairly often. Anyway, I run the car though, and drive it home. I get to my driveway and go to dry off the water spots, and notice the whole passenger side of my front lip ('96-'98 OEM chin spoiler) is ripped off the car and just hanging there!!  The lip itself was ripped completely off the bracket that holds it to the bottom of the car. I call the assholes up, and they tell me to bring it back so they can look at it. The manager looks at it and is like "well, we only cover stuff that is on the car from the factory" Anyway, after some negotiation, the guy agreed to fix it right there (he jerry-rigged it with some washers), and if it broke again, they'd replace it. I know its gonna break again (and even if it doesn't, I might make it break on my own just to get a new one). Sorry for the length, but I'm pissed :madfawk:

cliffnotes: went to car wash, they tore off my front lip, I'm very angry.

Yeah luckily, around me they only have one or two drive through ones, but they are a NO-TOUCH wash. Its all powerful sprays, prob not the best cleaning job but it gets rid of the salt and thats all that matter during winter.

my car was filthy one day, so i went to pump gas, full tank and decide to try the automatic washer, i purchase it, upon waitin in line, i saw that huge wheel guide at the end. im like no way. i bakk out, askin customers behind to move, went inside and got a refund, the cleak says y? i say my car is too low, she laughs and smile.

i usually check the auto washers before i go, but then again all the automatic car washes i go to, the ppl who works there stops me and only offer hand washes, but nothing beats a good ole handwash.

late

Why do people put the cliffs notes at the end? shouldn't they be in the begining, before someone reads the whole damn thing
