the car is a 2000 with a fresh swap from a d16y7 to a d16y8. the car is obd2b so is the new ecu and also the new motor. after everything set and done. the only code i am throwing is p0132 which is o2 sensor high volts (bank 1 sensor 1). i can't figure out why it is coming on or how to fix it

 

check the wires to your o2 and replace the o2 at least thats where I would start. I am not 100% that it will fix your problem though.

 

high means yoour missing ground side (wiring) of the o2. check for obvious torn wiring then change o2
