What would be a decent price for one?

Someone local is selling one. Test drove it and it was nice. I'd really like to get it, but it's just a hair outside my price range. Yet I don't want to lowball him.

 

How many miles on it? ANy after market parts? Any body damage? HOw much is he seeling it for? Take into account that it is a 7 year old car. Look up what private party sale is for it on kelly blue book. I can give you my opinion on here. A picture would be nice to somewhat see the condition.
