I considered this for a while when my back seats were out for a couple months. on my ek the rear seats kinda sink in so I was gonna put a sub in a plexi box on one seat and amp or storage on the other seat. then go with the back flat with the extra rim showing through another plexi window.

only problem is finding material to keep it light and strong. rear seats and trunk cover weigh 27lbs at most.

Screw the subs, get something to make your car faster like some engine mods or if you have done so i guess the subs are alright.

just to be clear.. im ONLY removing the rear seat because in my car they are completely useless... i already have a roll bar and 5 pt harness's.... SSSSSOOOO no one is EVER sitting in the back seat... so i JUST want to carpet it so its not metal... at first when i pulled all the interior to put the bar in i LOVED it.. but now i want it back in with the roll bar (everything except the seats)
