Default tokico blues

ok here's the deal my stock shocks are basically blown and my car's hella bouncy and it's a harsh ride.. i'm on neuspeed race springs but when i'm going to swap my friend for some neuspeed sport springs, i can get a set of tokico blues for $250. does this sound like a good deal to you guys? i'm on a tight budget, any negative experiences with the blues on sport springs?

by the way, i have a 98 civic coupe (sig got deleted ???)

add: i'm looking mainly for reliability and comfort, not so much handling/performance

That's a decent price for blues. They ride pretty well, but they aren't really stiff enough to be a "performance" damper. They should be just what you're looking for. You may also want to look into some KYB GR-2's, they might be a little cheaper than the blues.
