Default d15b vtec motor.. any opinions?

Im in the market for an EG hatch and i found one with this motor in it but im not too familiar with this model, any opinions on it? I know its no B series but im just curious as to how it compares to the more common motors in that 92-95 time frame.

same motor as the d16z6 except its a 1.5 instead of a 1.6. Similar power and all the parts are interchangeable from what I remember. There are a few members on here who run them as a cheap replacement to a blown z6 motor.
