97 Civic Tail light part # for coupe vs 4dr
I'm helping a friend replace a smashed tail light (vandals)...and this got to be more difficult than it should be.
1997 Honda Civic EX, coupe, driver's side tail light outer section mounted on quarter panel
I'm trying to order the part online and have looked at several websites.
On some websites they show 2 SKU's, one for coupe the other for 4 door.
The other websites show 2 SKU's, but the text doesn't call out coupe or 4 door.
The prices are always different.
I contacted the email help line on one site and the rep said both parts are the same, but the more expensive one is a better part and will last longer.
Maybe......but I doubt it.
How can I be certain of ordering the correct part at a decent price?
