The way I saw Jacnife wheels back in the day, is like Tenzo today... When Racing Hart made the F24 wheel, Jacnife came out with their F25. About the time when SSR had the GP-0. They had the M8. But I think that Jacnife was a part of AKT, not sure... The doood would most likely now what I'm talking about...

No, they're the real deal, I just thought of them as "imitation" wheels because some of their designs were based on the more popular, more expensive wheels.

yeah...i know exactly what you are talking about.
the M8's I had were actually based off the Sparco NSII's....I think
h: (only reason why i liked them so much
h: )F25's were nice copies of the F24's :chuckles:
Jacnife are real deals made by the IF corporation which were imported by AKT back in the day. AKT imported a lot of japanese products such as 5zigen before 5zigen bought out the division on our shores.
They did base most of their designs on more of the "popular" ones at the time such as the Sparco NSII and Sprint Hart F24's. I dont think the S7's were based off anything I know that made it to our shores.
S7's are cool if you like the style...they look great in certain color schemes...but S7's were not the popular wheels back then...and now. Get them if you like it...but dont get them just b/c they are "old school". You'll be better off with the stronger and lighter wheels out there today. My old Jacnife M8's are still busted and sitting in my garage. Wheels a few years back were not made as strong as they are today.
