Default what is this green hardness?

I have a 2000 civic si and there is a green hardness under the dash between the radio and steering wheel. What do that green hardness connected to?

for a 96-98, when the security and keyless were built into the HU the plugs sound like what you are talking about
so for a 99-00 i wouldnt be surprised for it to be the security/keyless harness that would plug into the module in that area
