I thought u couldn't use the JDM Climate Control b/c its electrical and Our civics are Mechnical???

You swap the face plate and blubs over to your USDM climate control from the JDM one.

are the bulbs any different? also, how the F do you swap the face plates - i cant remove those knobs.
