Yea i thought i saw it somewhere that you ECU retards timing and runs rich when CEL light is on. Or like a safe mode.

Civicplayer what year is your car? Are you OBD2 or 1/0?

I just check my 98 Civic EX (Canadian too) when I jumped the ECU, only ABS blinks I get 16 and 18 code only.. any one has the ABS code table ?
