5 Lug conversion

If I put ITR brakes on my car, do I need to put lower control arms on front and rear?
Because I want to keep my coil-overs and other suspension stuff on.

If you're keeping your suspension, I want to say you can keep the LCA's, but I'm not 100% sure. Hoenstly, I would ask in the civic forum since more of them have done the swap....
