Default HELP: Battery Light comes on then goes off...then on then off

94 Civic Ex 2dr Auto

Hey guys,
this just happened last night. I was driving home from work when my battery light on the dash came on. It stayed on until I gave the civic some gas and it shut off. I start slowing down for a stop sign and it comes on. I start driving, its still on, I give it some gas maybe half way down and the light goes off.

Anyone know what it might be? Maybe Alternator? I woke up this morning and she started fine and got me to work 20min away. The light came on and went off and on and off.
Anyone?
Thanks

Check your grounds make sure they are clean and make sure your terminals aren't corroded if they are clean them to. If problem persists get the battery and alternator checked I know autozone will check the battery for free and I believe they check alternators to. It sounds like your losing voltage somewhere though.

how many miles on your car? I am betting your alternator is starting to go.
