What's the hose on top of the fuel filter called? Is it the fuel pressure hose? Where does that connect to on a stock 96 DX? Pics would be helpful. Thanks.

 

Fuel line. One end goes to the rail, the other end goes to the gas tank.

 

The bottom fuel line goes to the fuel rail but I can't figure out where the other one goes. On my car, the top line goes to the intake manifold which is connected to some NOS wires (I bought the car with the NOS). I'm trying to put the car back to stock. Is it suppose to connect to the manifold?
