Default after car gets warmed up...

and after driving and in the city streets, the idle goes down to about 300rpm, and has some wierd noise coming out of the exhaust(from the motor) and it feels like its going to stall out but doesnt. it splutters alittle aswell. could it be a bad spark plug, or the wires? ive been told its a bent valve, what would be the symptoms of that?

I would check spark plugs, wires, and distributor cap/rotor first.

When I had the same symptoms it was my distributor bearing, so I had to replace the distributor housing.

the distributor is new. like maybe not even 10K on it. it seems like its loosing alot of power. driving it doesnt seem like it wants to "go" faster.

It's gotta be one of three things. Spark, fuel, or air. I'm guessing that adjusting the idle screw won't do anything, but give it a shot. Your eacv could be all clogged up, and causing some of it... But if those are fine, and you're getting fuel, the it's got to be something spark related. I'd just run over everything and be thourough... Does it stutter at all?

what is eacv? and im not sure if it studders, it just sorta bogs out when im stopped at a light. but once i hold the gas to were the rpm should be its fine. BUT sometimes up to 1500rpms it spudders and you can hear it out the exhaust. it sounds like clogged injectors, but they arent clogged.

the eacv is the same as the IAC. Different name for us oldskoolers. The cylinder on the back of the intake manifold. By stuttering, I meant while accelerating, does it sort of jolt in power?

yeah, it seems really weak. even though hondas dont have much power in the single cams, its slower now. alot. this started happening a couple weeks ago.

I think it could be the alternator from what you are saying. You could also have a bad plug, but I'm not sure.
