They make the highest HP per Liter cars in the world, they don't need to turbo them. It's probably just a inside rule they have.

smudge Dec 21, 2002 02:38 AM

They have made a few in the past. The CITY had a 1.2 turbo @130hp(A freind has one in his wifes 1st gen civic:cool: ).They also made 6(i think) TT accords:eek: .

Redcivic Dec 21, 2002 08:23 AM

The city? never heard of that one. 1.2 turbo huh? A TT Accord?

txhatch Dec 21, 2002 08:25 AM

Because they dont need to. They make great cars without the help of turbo.

Outxider Dec 21, 2002 08:43 AM

actually they make a jet ski that is turbocharged. :D

oc_civic Dec 21, 2002 08:44 AM

PROBABLY because performance is a very MINIMAL thought in the mind of honda... they are economy cars.. granted they are peppier than MOST economy cars.. but all in all they are JUST economy cars..
