hey did you buy those black housing headlights or paint them yourself?

i saw a pair on ebay a few months back and havent seen another since....i want some!!! i've got a silver ex with the black oem front lip and side skirts. i would like to have the headlights in order to improve my silver on black theme.

looks just like my friends LS swapped civic HX, except he doesnt have the CTR headlights

 

i hate to admit it but heres the WHOLE story.. i painted my own FIRST.. adn they came out sucky.. so i ordered an aftermarket set.. (the ones you see here) and at first i was VERY aposed to them.. since they were NOT oem honda... and well to be honest im kinda used to them now.. they leak a LITTLE im gonna try to reseal them... if that works im ACTUALY keeping the aftermarket ones.. if NOT them im getting jdm ctr ones..:thumbup:

 

black lip looks good... cuz u got black rims and the CF hood... you goin or the black and white theme

 

Unpainted car parts look funny

 

as far as io know the lip was not intended to be painted.. its oem honda optional front chin spoiler... don't confuse this with some unpainted blitz kit.. the lip is abs (same as stock black sideskirts) and really not intended to be painted...

:werd: It was designed to be unpainted....to match the stock black sideskirts. Although, you can paint it (I painted mine and my stock skirts).

Your NOT supposed to paint those? I painted my moldings.. isnt that the same material as the sideskirts?
