Default Repairing Coolant Drain Plug Threads,, Help?

On my 93 Civic Ex, I took out the 28mm drain plug bolt in the front of the engine block to drain the coolant. The previous guy to drain it must have gotten the threads crossed. It stripped out the section of threads in the block where the bolt rests. The threads beyond that into the block are good. Ideas for how to repair this?

Thanks.

That sucks.

That's why I've never removed the block drain bolt on my '92 (also lazy) for a flush - since I was fairly confident the coolant had been changed at least once before. Probably will on my mom's '02 though :nervous:

People need to learn to use a damn torque wrench on all drain bolts as well as lug nuts.
