forget cutting them.. if you want it to be the most bounciest EVA then you shoudl just take the springs completly off.. that would be mad tight Yo'... i thought about doing it, but im too afraid to bottom out.. seems as if you aint got no fear about dat. so just take them biatchs off.. who the hell needs springs anyway
