rocker arm help

side skirt/rocker panel help
looking to 'unrice' my si. found the front bumper but i cant seem to find the rocker arms. are there any aftermarket that i can get that are not ricey?

side skirts. i called a junk yard and asked for side skirts and he acted like i was stupid for not calling them rocker arms/pannels. want to take these off and get somthing that looks like stock but dem hoes are expensive.
