01 Civic Maintenace light on all the time??

I'd suggest just bring it to the dealership.

Either way would reset the ECU. The fuse should be marked "ECU".

You can turn this off manually....

1. Insert Key.
2. Press Trip Odometer Button in guage bezel and hold.
3. Turn the key to On II
4. Let go of trip odometer.


This should take care of the problem You're prolly at either 8k miles or 16k miles.

That's what I was going to say. Seems like everyone's getting maintenance required light confused with the check engine light.

Maintenance light and check engine light are different. You don't need to reset the ECU to turn off the maintenance light Guess the answer to everything these days is to reset the ECU h:
