That's what a Helm's is. They publish the Honda service manuals that Honda technicians use.

I didn't realize that.... Mine's published by Honda Motor Co., Ltd.

...anyway, without transmission experience, it looks pretty daunting. not something i'd try unless i didn't need to use the car for several days. If you'll have the tranny out of the car, and getting the swap done quickly isn't an issue, it might be worth a try though. I hear some aftermarket LSDs are a lot easier to install than others, but even replacement of the stock diff. requires some special tools, and as anyone who's played with transmisson parts knows, its always harder than it looks.
