rubber flexable lines are would would collapse.

if you do the test that was described with the bleeder, it would most likley answer your question as to where the problem is at.

just changed the rubber hose, still got the same problem, the wheel is locked up and barelly spins. Any other thoughts I am out of ideas.........
I take the caliper off the wheel and press the brake pedal few tims to extend the caliper. After it pulls out I put a c-lamp over it and try to push it back in, it doesn't move. As soon as I loosen the bleeder bolt the fluid comes out and the caliper moves back in with the application of the c-clamp.

Remanufactured Master Cylinder was BAD, brought it back to the store and got anotherone, problem solved. thank you for all your help.
