4 disc brakes is a factory option. The only car I knew that came 4 discs was the hatch 93+ hatch Si.
ABS 4 disc brakes a factory option. These were known as Civic EX-A, but never badged with the A.

We are talking about 92-95 EX's here right? Anti Lock Brakes as well as 4 wheel disc brakes were an option on EG's ...never standard. (except for the hatch Si that came 4 wheel disc standard...ABS option.)
EK's might be a different story.
