i say leave it alone. and keep a piece of paper with u statin ur acutal mileage and current eg6 cluster mileage, and if they give u beef, tell em u had to replace it cuz it was fault so ur mileage is not the actually mileage.
wanna hear something funny, my car originally has 205k on the chassis, my original canadian si cluster reads 105k and now my current cluster reads 143k. dont sweat it and leave it be. i ran it thru dmv statin my mileage is not actual mileage and they said ok. kewl huh.
