What kind of products do you guys use to clean your engine bay?
And where can I get them?

When I had my motor out, I used WD-40 to clean it up.. it worked pretty darned well.. I was impressed.

After 6 months it's still clean. Just a suggestion.

I'm talking about the bay, not the engine. I just sprayed a rag a little bit and wiped down the paint and hoses. I thought it was crap when I heard about it, but I tried it and it did pretty well.
