transmission help needed

I need to replace the 3rd & 4th gear synchro for a 94+ gsr tranny for my sol. This grinding sucks! A possible 3rd and 4th gear assembly may be needed shifting from 2nd to 4th is no good any thoughts or advice is welcome.

uh, buy the parts and waste a weekend in your garage...
It's that, or get another tranny, or take it to a shop...

Most probably taking it to a shop met a guy who is familiar with B series trannies. Thanks for the insight though!
