Well... The wife is pregnant and I have home owner projects coming out of my ass! I've noticed that I'm slacking on my duties and it'll only get worse once the kid comes soooooooooooo I thought I'd pass the torch to someone that has more time. Besides, I've done it for 3 years! $hit!
