Lithium, thats not pentrating though, its just grease.

frankly if iw as going to rebuild a caliper it wouldnt be a quick job, this is something your life depends on. i dont fakirone with brakes.

god damnit...i just took apart my caliper and blah blah blah..and the fawker gave me a different caliper.. dumbass part runners...i should of known not to trust parts people. shiit, i didnt even bother looking at it until i had the old one off. btw..this one is for an accord..:madfawk:

its probably frozen cuz the piston is all rusted and eventually built up enough friction on the seals that it wouldn't move... my rear one was frozen... and then I took the rubber boot off and sprayed it with PB blaster and did my best to dissolve the rust. I cleaned it for the most part but its a long term temporary fix. last time I did it was 2 years ago... and then it froze again...

just replace it if its the front one... this was my rear disc and the cheapest I can find one is $137

whoa $137...i just got a whole new front L brake for $48..and that is everything including the brakepad...


ok this might sound kind gay but it had a new pad in it...should i use it, its only on that one side, and when my front R goes bad ill just change them out...or is that bad?
