I've been researching for about a month now, and I've figured it out... I still haven't gotten access to a Hatch's spoiler for fitment, but I'm thinking it won't be as flush. However, I did see more 96+ coupes with the 'duckbill'. It turns out to be a VentShade. I'm trying to get my hands on one, but I need someone to get me the measurements of the top portion of their rear window for fitment... I'll post more as I get more info.

That must be a huge ventshade...what is the purpose of it back there? Im curious.

Yep, they actually call it a spoiler. Supposedly for "protection from the sun" and "added downforce"

But I'd just get it for looksh:
